Guidelines

• Artist must be an affected individual with a neuromuscular condition.

• Artist must be 6 years of age or older.

• Artists may submit up to two entries, but may only win once.

• Please complete a separate submission form for each entry.

• Submissions from previous contests will not be accepted.

• Artists are invited to submit an original creation in any medium:

  • For visual or physical art, upload a high-resolution image (JPG or PNG).

  • For performance art, upload a high-resolution audio or video file.

  • Written pieces (ie. poems, essays, short stories) must not exceed 500 words and must be in English. Upload a PDF file.

• The spirit of the contest is about sharing creativity. Poor sportsmanship, cheating, copyright violations, or submissions that do not belong to the artist will be disqualified.

• Entries will be separated into two or three age categories for public voting, and may be further separated into additional format-related categories, depending on the number of entries received.
