Artist must be an affected individual with a neuromuscular condition.

Artist must be 6 years of age or older.

Artists may submit up to two entries, but may only win once.

Please complete a separate submission form for each entry.

Submissions from previous contests will not be accepted.

Artists are invited to submit an original creation in any medium:

For visual or physical art, upload a high-resolution image (JPG or PNG).

For performance art, upload a high-resolution audio or video file.

Written pieces (ie. poems, essays, short stories) must not exceed 500 words and must be in English. Upload a PDF file.

The spirit of the contest is about sharing creativity. Poor sportsmanship, cheating, copyright violations, or submissions that do not belong to the artist will be disqualified.

Entries will be separated into two or three age categories for public voting, and may be further separated into additional format-related categories, depending on the number of entries received.
